We take holidays very seriously around here so when it came time to publish some content for this special day, Father’s Day which is Sunday, June 16th, we thought it might be nice to share something from our very own Tom Hazard.
Recently we asked Tom, “What are some important things you want your kids to know?” and when he gave us his response, we couldn’t help but notice how each of the values he shared applied to not only life in general but in business as well.

Trust God
In all your ways, put God first. This is something that is really easy to say but not always easy to do, especially in the current world we live in. Trust God with all you do and everything else will fall into place.
Be Brave
There are many things that occur on a daily basis that can make you feel fear. Don’t be afraid, be brave.
Be Kind
Some people see kindness as a weakness, we think it is a strength. Making the choice to be kind when especially when others are not is actually a show of strength. Choose kindness, always.
Be True To Yourself
In today’s world it is easy to get swayed by what others are doing. Don’t allow yourself to be swayed, stay strong and be true to yourself. Always do what you know is right rather than what you see others are doing.
Be True to Others
Be true to those around you. Make sure that your words and your actions are in line and that you remain loyal to your friends and family.
