Low-Slope/Flat Roofs

EPDM Roofing

The Roofers Who Know the Hudson Valley & Tri-State Area

Low-slope and flat roofs have traditionally been used for commercial and industrial structures, but more and more homeowners are choosing this more durable option.

At TH Construction Group, we’ve been working on these types of roofs for 20 years and have the industry certifications to prove it. We are proud to be both a Versico Certified flat roofing contractor and a GAF Master Elite® Certified Roofing Contractor. This means you can trust our work to be of the highest quality and our service to be the same. These designations also allow us to offer some of the most generous warranties in the industry.

Our goal is to make sure this is the last roof you will ever have to purchase for your home.

EPDM

Ethylene propylene diene terpolymer (EPDM) is a very popular residential roofing system for low-slope roofs due to its elasticity and extreme durability in all weather conditions. When installed correctly, EPDM membranes can last more than 50 years. If maintained properly, the seams can be re-flashed after 25 years to extend the roof’s life.

TPO

Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) is comparable to EPDM roofing as it is ENERGY STAR®-qualified and Cool Roof Rating Council rated. Quick to install in all kinds of weather, it provides impressive strength and wind resistance. Available in a variety of colors and styles, TPO roofing is a breeze to match with your home’s style.

PVC

Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) roofing systems are highly durable and available in a variety of colors and styles. PVC roofs can be installed in colder temperatures, which explains one aspect of their popularity. If taken care of, PVC roofing is ideal for rooftops with commercial-grade kitchen ventilation since it holds up the best to grease and other contaminants.
